The true measure of anyone offering a service is customer satisfaction. Real estate transactions can take many months, often testing the relationship between client and agent.  When things get tough, such as negotiations and dealing with "surprises", the client needs assurance that he/she is being represented by a competent professional, someone commited to protecting their interests without jeopardizing the relationship between parties.

When I make a commitment to a client, I promise to deliver total client satisfaction, from start to finish. Long after my role as agent has ended, many of my former clients still consider me a friend. I've done repeat transactions with several while others have referred their friends and family to me.
