I deliver highly professional real estate consultation services in Durango, Bayfield, Ignacio, Hesperus, Mancos, Pagosa Springs, Silverton and other southwest Colorado areas.

 am certified by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Fewer than 2% of licensed Realtors have earned this designation. I prefer to work exclusively for my buyer or seller. (The listing agent represents the seller, not the buyer.) When you choose to work with me, you're choosing the best representation possible.

My extensive business background highly complements my services as a Realtor. For more than 30 years I served in various marketing, sales and executive capaciities (president, VP, director and board member) of leading publicly- and privately held companies in the information technology field. I served as the founding president of our industry trade association and was the first recipient of the industry's highest award. I have an impressive track record in domestic and international marketing, sales, advertising, public relations and contract management.

I am active in numerous local organizations. I'm a former board member and current volunteer ski instructor with the Durango Adaptive Sports Association, which provides outdoor recreational opportunities to adults and children with physical or cognitive disabilities. I was State Commandant of the Marine Corps League (2004-06), former Commandant of the San Juan Mt. Detachment, former president of the United Veterans Council of La Plata County, and am actively involved in the Marine Toys for Tots Program in Southwest Colorado. I was named Colorado Marine-of-the-year in 2004.
